Over washing of the Face
Too much of good things sometimes end up being bad.Excess washing of face leads to dry skin and in response the skin glands start secreting more oils making the situation worse.Ideally for a healthy skin, wash your face twice a day i.e morning and night. Do not skip washing the face before bed at night as it helps remove the dirt and excess oil clogged in the pores.
Use of harsh chemical products
Nowadays companies are using harmful chemicals and ingredients in their products which are harmful to the extent that it can even cause cancer. Therefore always read the ingredients and buy natural products as its helps to keep the skin healthy in the long run.

Minimal Sugar and Salt- as both prevent the kidneys to flush out toxins.
Exercise increases the blood circulation and this allows the nutrients to reach the skin cells effectively. Also exercise, opens up the pores and releases dirt/oil thereby cleansing the skin naturally.
Wash your fabric

Add 1Tablespoon gram flour + 1Teaspoon curd + 1Tsp Honey + 4-5 drops lemon. Apply on face for 10-15 minutes and wash off. Repeat it twice a week.
Add two teaspoons of sandalwood powder + two tablespoons of Rosewater. Make a fine paste. Apply the paste on the face and let it dry for 10-15 minutes . Repeat it twice a week.
