Overcome Deficiency of Vitamin D

Overcome Deficiency of Vitamin D

Vitamin D is a essential nutrient as it is required by our body to adsorb and regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate. It helps in bone building, controls infection and inflammation. Deficiency of Vitamin D can lead to depression, back pain, weak bones, low immunity and hair fall. There is a misconception that if we spend some time out in the Sun, we will not face Vitamin D deficiency. No doubt, there is no replacement for Sun as being the primary source of Vitamin D but there are some ways/methods to follow for effectively absorb Vitamin D from the sun rays and overcome deficiency of Vitamin D.

Sun Bathing

Soaking in sunshine is called sun bathing. Sunlight is the primary source of Vitamin D apart from being pure, natural and the best detoxifier. It is important to take sunbath the correct way/time. This is because sunbathing at the wrong time can cause headache and skin allergies. The best time to have a sunbath is during sunrise and just before sunset. Drink a glass of water before sunbathing and wear minimum clothing/pure cotton clothing when sunbathing. A duration of 30 minutes/2 days a week is good enough to get the benefits of sunbathing.

Sun Charged Water

Another way to overcome deficiency of Vitamin D is to drink sun charged water. As per experimental evidence, light energy imparted to water energizes the water to such an extent that it may be enough to sustain a life. This is the reason because of which sun charged water is also known as living water. In order to get sun charged water, fill maximum of 3 liters of drinking water in a glass jug/container and place it in the sun (preferably in morning) for 5-8 hours. Pick it up before sunset and drink the sun charged water within 24 hours. Do not transfer it to a plastic bottle/container or store in refrigerator. Drink daily or at least once a week.
